My Journey with the Touched by a Horse program started in 2014. I was on a Facebook page for a pet psychic, and someone was posting pictures of beautiful horse art and inspirational quotes from a website called Touched by a Horse.
At that time, I was at a point in my life where I was ready to go even deeper to heal my past and to move forward in my life. I had often thought that this would be an amazing new career or was it just a lifelong curiosity and desire to really learn about horses.
I had never even owned a horse but never say never!!!
I was that little girl who always wished for a pony when I blew out my birthday candles. I was fascinated by horses and later by equine therapy. I had enjoyed some horseback riding as young girl. I was intrigued by horses to heal the heart, emotions and our perceptions of life, but I had never yet explored it in depth.
I remember the Sandra Bullock movie (2000) 28 Days, where she was using the horses in her rehabilitation center. I was so intrigued by that and other healing stories I’d heard. I had to look into this more!
Once I clicked over to the Touched by a Horse website, I watched the video about their program over and over again.

I have practiced many many healing modalities in my life before and now, but this was a new opportunity to actually have a career that rolled all my life experiences into a certification program AND I could learn more deeply about horses in the program! As I entered my 2 year journey it was truly intensive, doing our own personal work and coaching experiences.
I also learned about horses and caring for them and how they do this magic healing work for us.
I strongly knew I was ready to do this…. But I didn’t have a horse! And the cost of school full time really frightened me. All my spiritual teachers kept saying…. if this is your path, the money will be there!!!!!….
The promo video convinced me that I didn’t need to own a horse to start the program; so in full trust I went ahead and filled out the application form. I was accepted into the program with all of my life qualifications at hand and began my journey in July of 2016.
I am now a graduate of this program, own my first horse Willy and was certified and graduated in September 2018. I did it!!
Over those INTENSIVE two years of training I have learned so much, and healed so many more aspects of my life. Including manifesting and owning my very first beautiful horse!!
COVID 2020 UPDATE!!! I was ready to start my practice in March 2019 and we all know what happened there!!!! Well, we could not have any clients at the barn, much less even us, the boarders were quarantined for several months, saw our horses by way of videos and then had to book seeing them / 4 boarders at a time/for a couple of hours at a time via a GOOGLE scheduler. It has been a long year for all of us and one year later Its now…2021!!! I am in the exact perfect place in my life now to start my practice. The barn facility is perfect, my horse is perfect and I have the ability to use others precious horses as well on the ranch. OPENING JUNE 2021!
I am so honored, and in deep gratitude, to be able to do this work with my horse Willy and with the other horses who want to participate and partner and be the conduit in your session. They will show you and how they work in helping humans to heal.
