This is where the group experience is better than anything you have ever been in! If you have sat in groups and just listened to other people and felt like nothing happens and or you just obsorbed all that intense energy too and now how do you get rid of that!! as well as your own work…. well; welcome to a whole new experience!
You will hear others stories, yes, but possibly can help in their process of healing and many times learn or have congruent healings in your own lives. This is the group healing work that really works!
We will explore issues and each group will have new dynamics.
I am in the process of starting two groups a week, if we get to a point where a group wants to keep only those in the group and dig deeper we can make that happen.
To start out we will have the ebb and flow of people in and out as I get this all started. But each group session will be incredible!
If you feel you need more personal private work afterwards we will schedule a private one on one session.
